1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Balance Energy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscription

Balance Energy Pro is an auto-renewable subscription available for purchase within the App.

• Subscription period: 1 month

• Price: as displayed in the App at the time of purchase

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time

• No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription period

3. Free Tier

The free tier includes 2 AI scans per day with limited model access. Features may change over time.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy

5. Health Data

The App may read and write data to Apple Health. All health data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our

servers.
